Select Your Dependent Life Insurance Coverage

In this benefit you can select life insurance to cover your dependent in case of their pre-mature death.

The coverage is a flat amount and is applicable to each of your dependent spouse or children under certain age limits as described in your plan details. Detailed information is provided in your "Summary of Coverage" booklet at the top of the page, under the «Info» tab.
