Dental Benefit |

| This benefit covers eligible expenses incurred by you or one of your dependents for dental services recommended by a dentist and performed by:
- a dentist, or
- a dental hygienist under the supervision of a dentist, or
- a denturist.
If you click on the information icon Expenses are subject to the deductible (if applicable), percentages of reimbursement and maximums specified in the Summary of Benefits. Benefit maximums are applied on a per person basis. Dental benefits are based on the usual and customary charges up to the Dental Fee Guide Schedule specified in the Summary of Benefits for general practitioners in effect in the participant's province of residence. Please refer to your booklet for more information.
