Long Term Disability

The Long Term Disability (LTD) coverage is provided to protect your income in case of sickness or accident that prevents you from working after the end of your short-term disability period.

Select the option desired. If you click on the information icon beside the option, a brief description is displayed.

IMPORTANT - if you are currently enrolled in the CORE coverage and wish to enroll in Enhanced, you must complete a health screen/questionnaire to be sent to Sun Life. Coverage is only available if, and when, Sun Life approves your application. If you are currently in Enhanced and wish to enroll Core, you will not need to complete a health screen/questionnaire - but you will only be allowed to move back to Enhanced if you submit a health questionnaire at a future enrollment. Coverage in Enhanced will not be guaranteed.
