You can
add a new beneficiary or change your existing beneficiaries.
If allocating
a Charity as a Beneficiary, you are required to provide the name of the
charity and it must be noted as revocable.
If
designating a beneficiary who is a minor or who lacks legal capacity, you
may wish to appoint a trustee. This appointment may not be suitable for all
purposes.
If you
have a beneficiary that is "irrevocable" you must contact the
plan administrator to initiate the change.
