On this page you can review and select your [HealthE] coverage option. When you select an option your flex dollars will automatically be applied or not, depending on other options you have chosen during your enrollment.
If you click on the information icon you will be provided with a brief description about that option. Detailed information is provided in "Plan Details", under the INFO button at the top of this page.
If your spouse has coverage and you do not want an option you can click on the "Waive Coverage" button and provide required information about your spouse's plan. If you wish to co-ordinate benefits with your spouse's plan, benefits paid will not exceed 100% of the eligible claim.
