Your choice of protection for health and dental care correspond to the options listed in the table below:

YYour choice of protection for the Dental Care benefit is the same as the Health Care benefit.
Termination of benefit: Your retirement or your 70th birthday, whichever comes first
If you choose Module B, you must keep it for a period of 2 contract years before you can reduce your coverage.
